Santa Lucia School of Light, Inc. started as a Day Care Center of Ciudad Adelina in the year 2001 ‘till
2002 and associated with a pioneer in preschool education, the National Federation of Women's Clubs
(NFWC). In the following school year, its founder, the late Mr. Wilfredo V. Bercasio, a Certified Public
Accountant and Educator, decided to apply their institution for a government permit under the name
Kidscamp Learning School. The name in which the school was originally known as before the institution
changed its name again later in 2006 into the Santa Lucia School of Light, Inc. we know of today.
Under the supervision of a new set of officers, the Board of Trustees, the school was registered with
the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). With the vision of serving Ciudad Adelina's residents,
offering an affordable tuition all while ensuring the quality of education and a value-oriented curriculum.

Santa Lucia School of Light, Inc. envisions itself as
an institute that, through quality education and a
values-oriented curriculum, develops its pupils into
individuals with wholesome personalities and a deep
sense of nationalism.
MISSION
Santa Lucia School of Light commits itself to
fulfilling its duties and responsibilities in fostering
intellectual development and values formation among
its pupils, as reflected in its vision. Specifically, the
school aims to:
I. Provide a value-oriented curriculum that develops pupil's knowledge, abilities, and talents—both mentally and physically—while fostering their leadership skills.
II. Engage them to be sensitive to the needs of their neighbors, especially those who are less fortunate, and inspire them to provide meaningful service.
III. To instil in them a sense of patriotism and a commitment to environmental preservation.
